The hotel's location was very central, in garden wiith private entrance. Also, the place was a 10-15 minute walking distance from Rye Heritage Information Centre.

The breakfasts were great value with a lovely view, continental options available and drinks available. The hotel was in a stunning location adjacent to all restaurants and facilities, Dungeness, Rye Harbour a couple of miles down the road and Camber Sands and the center of Rye.
Unfortunately Wi-Fi signal was not good plus the bed of mine was a little lumpy.
